A leading human resource organization requires for immediate employment the services of HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS
Job Profile: Overall responsibility of the human resource officer is the management of other resource persons, including clients. In addition, must know about standard human resources practices, and be able fulfill other business management duties.
Job Title: Human resource officer
Reports to: Managing Partner
Account-abilities (Responsibilities)
Human Resource:
Recruitment and Selection, Training Administration, Performance Evaluation, Review practice systems and policies and procedures
Facilities Management
Maintenance of Building & equipment, Purchasing, Ensuring Smooth running of Telecommunications, reception services, internet, mail, dispatch, generator maintenance, security etc
Practice Management
Ensuring compliance with work Product quality control, professional standards and other practice management functions
Educational Requirements: A degree in administration, management, social science or comparable work experience.
Competences: Must be Computer Literate
Must be able to work with minimal Supervision
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent Supervisory and leadership skills
Good People Management
Excellent Organizational Skills
Closing Date: March 22nd, 2013
Location: Lagos Island, LAGOS (Proximity of place of residence to office location though not a requirement will be of added value
