Human resource manager - Lagos

Corlex consult is an organization recruing for the post of human resoure manager and the resoure person shall be charged with the following reposibility
Duties:
Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning compensations, incentives and appraising job results amongst others.
Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Recruiting Staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of HND/OND/Bsc
