We are looking for a skilled waiter/waitress to take orders and deliver good welcome services to our customers. Ultimately, you should be able to provide an excellent overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
Greet customers and assist with directions/descriptions where necessary
Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
Follow all relevant customer service guidelines.
Qualification:
Applicant must possess minimum of SSCE
Skills and Requirements:
Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
Problem solving and decision making skills
Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
Active listening and effective communication competencies
Good physical condition
