Apro Global Real Estates, a real estate brokerage, is looking for a competent Real Estate Field Agent to assist in the buying, renting, selling and management of homes or office buildings in Lagos. This is a flexible, telecommuting position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Occupancy checks and negotiating with occupants
Installing TO LET/FOR SALE signs
Re keying and securing property
Taking quality property photos
Conducting property inspections
Other duties, as requested

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Having competent negotiation skills
Being able to clearly explain difficult market topics to clients
Having good IT skills
Being able to meet targets
Having competent math skills
Having excellent knowledge about property market and property law
Being able to work under pressure
Being trustworthy
Being persuasive and patient
Having good business sense

The perfect person for this job will not alone possess the above skills, but be friendly, extremely motivated, independent, and personable. The person must be able to speak fluently in English. A real estate license is not necessary or preferred but a degree in estate management or marketing will be an added advantage.
