Migration is the movement of people from one location to another.
From the day of creation of human being, till date, people move from one place to another in search of food, water, better life.

No single person in the world can stop people from moving from one location to another but by law, there can be restriction of people, which make it difficult for people living in country like Nigeria without visa to travel abroad freely.

Visa is the permit that give access to you as a foreigner, to move from one country to another. E.g traveling from Nigeria to America.
There are different type of visa as a result of the law of various country which are classified into 2 types

2)NON-IMMIGRANT

Non-immigrant visa means , visa that is issues to a foreigner to enter a country on a temporary basis.
Applicant can get non-immigrant visa, through the various countries embassy which many are presently here in Nigeria.

Getting another country visa, is not the applicant right base on non-immigrant but previlage that the country , you are applying.

Having a country visa, do not automatic means you can enter that country if the immigration officer at the port of entry find your you intention not worthy then you may be deported.

1)THROUGH TOURISM : this is good for family
2)THROUGH CONFERENCE/BUSINESS MEETING
3)THROUGH INVITATION
4)SCHOOLING/TRAINING

TOURISM: this is the means , an applicant can use to apply for visa to any country in the world, to visit various places such as tourist attraction.
To apply , you don’t need anyone in that country, all you need is the hotel reservation , flight reservation and supporting document to submit for application.

CONFERENCE
This is a great method , who do not have anyone abroad and can apply for visa through conference, seminars, training, business meeting.
Note: Every countries have conference going on right now in different sectors which , you can apply .you don’t need to know anybody before you can apply.

THROUGH INVITATION
You need a citizen from that country which must be permanent residents or citizen before you can apply through invitation.
The person can be immediately relative or extended family or friend or your spouse.

THROUGH SCHOOLING/TRAINING
This is another avenue, applicant can use to apply for visa to various countries.

There are factors which applicant must consider before applying for visa.

2)purpose of application
3)your documents
4)ties
5)time of application and lots more.
