Team leader - Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide direction, instructions, guidance, Supervision and motivation to a team, for the purpose of achieving a certain goal. Team leader is there to help colleagues work together and ensure they’re delivering good service to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Helping with training and development
•Completing paperwork
•Handling complaints
•Financial responsibilities
•Helping with promotional events
•Personnel duties
•Reporting to senior level management
•Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
•Communicate clear instructions to team members
•Listen to team members' feedback
•Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
•Create reports to update the company on the team's progress
•Motivate and inspire team members. Be enthusiastic, inspire and energize people
•Set stretch goals.
•Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
QUALIFICATION
•ND, HND, BSC, higher qualification will be an added advantage
