NNPC Graduate Development Program 2014 is a two years Graduate Development Programme which provides dynamic Graduates with fantastic opportunities to be trained in China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), successful candidates will be able to get involved in real projects, showcase their talent and start working towards reaching their potential goals. The program focuses on personal and professional development.

The ideal candidates profile:

University degree or equivalent, with minimum of second class (lower division)
In any of the following areas:
Engineering, (drilling, facilities, petroleum, Marine, chemical, Renewable Energy, refinery Mechanical, Electrical.)
Earth sciences
Information technology
Health Science, environment and safety , Laboratory Science,
Sales and Marketing
Social Sciences
Law
Finance and Accounting
The programme is intended for recent graduates with a minimum of two years’ work experience.
Basic application requirements for the programme:
•University degree or equivalent, with minimum of second class(lower division)
•Must be a citizen of Nigeria
•Proficient spoken and written English
•Strong communication skills
•Well-developed interpersonal skills
