Job Details
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Candidate Requirements
-- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
-- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
-- Talking to others to convey information effectively.
-- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
-- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
-- Actively looking for ways to help people.
-- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
-- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
Writing
-- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Other Requirements
A good bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
Must have a minimum of 3 year’s Experience
Must possess a good command of English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Reporting Skills.
