We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Commercial Officer
Ref: COM
Job Description:
The Commercial Officer must have a good knowledge of commercial, Procurement Planning & Contract Negotiations with change order and look ahead plan to support operations.
Capable of contractors’ sourcing end registration with relationship Management.
Anchor for Tendering and Contractors negotiations and contract reviews.
Issuance of Purchase/Work Orders, RFQs & execution of approved amendments/order changes, extensions, renewals and order closure etc.
Liaison with NiPEX on Commercial tenders for PSC Contracts
Regular Conduct of Market Price Surveys and commercial studies requirements, align procurement strategy, tactics, and address all contracting queries and attend to enquiries
Provide Commercial support to Operations to improve efficiency.
Procurement Planning & Monitoring based on Look Ahead Plans for Operations.
